Totem Reiki is based on the idea that we all have a Spiritual Connection with a special Animal “Totem” who serves as a Spirit Guide and Helper during our Lifetimes. By getting to know your Totem Animal, you can begin to gain insight and understanding of your own life as well as share in the Totem Power or Medicine of that specific Animal Guide. Animal Totems manifest a specific kind of Energy that will align to the forces of the Spiritual Realm that are influencing your life at this present time. The Totem Animals that show up in Totem Reiki do not have to be “Real” Animals, they can be Magical Animals such as Unicorns or Dragons. They can be anything that your imagination can dream of. Does that mean your Totem is not real? Not at all but the key is, does the Totem help you with your Healing and Well-Being? If so, then they are real to you!
