The Anxiety Release Attunement Package was created after a large number of students contacted me to ask if I could recommend a selection of attunements that have been specifically designed to help ease the symptoms of Anxiety. During these uncertain times with the rising cost of living crisis, the stress and strains of modern life, school, work, college, university and a whole hose of other situations, stress and anxiety is becoming a pandemic among people of all ages.  I for one understand what this feels like due to suffering from Anxiety and Panic for nearly 20 years but through working with Reiki and specific energy attunements, I have discovered ways in which I can ease my anxiety levels to a degree that they do not control my life anymore. It is my hope that through these unique attunements that I have chosen for you, you will also learn how to lower your levels of anxiety to a degree where they completely disappear or lower them to a level where you are in control of them, rather than having them control you.
