The Energies of Sunflower Reiki are very simple to use and it is probably one of the systems that I have worked with nearly every day since I was attuned severeal years ago. Sunflower Reiki simply requires you to use your Intention and/or Meditation to get the most from the Energies. The purpose for the creation of Sunflower Reiki is to promote Spiritual Balance and Stability while giving you the Spiritual Tools that you can then use to help with Clearing Negative Energies and Thought Forms while forming a Protective Sheild around you which it is hoped will help stop any form of Negativity from Manifesting in the future.
