This empowerment has been designed to Heal, Recharge, Support and Protect all aspects of your Mind, Body & Spirit. The system is beneficial for all Healers, Lightworkers, Spiritual Seekers, Empaths, Intuitives and anyone who needs healing to be sent. It is also beneficial to help illuminate the path for others. Many Lightworkers overlook their own self-care when they are working to help others 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I know that I will quite often forgo my own spiritual well-being to the point where I was burning the spiritual wick at both ends and came close to burn-out. Self-care is one of the most important aspects of being a Spiritual Teacher and Healer because when the Healer is Healthy, the frequency of energies that are channelled in much Higher and more Refined.
