Cabbalistic Emotion – Yoga is a beautiful healing energy stream that I have been blessed with being able to use for a number of years. Each time the energies are accessed and I focus on the many symbols that are available I will always receive something new. I suppose you could say that the messages and energy blessings that the symbols give will always be unique for every person who chooses to connect with them.

This form of spiritual Yoga has been designed to enable you to reach a balanced state where your emotional body will learn how to discharge all emotions that have been piling up in your life. This clearing results in helping you to gain a state of total well-being with the added ability to confront everyday tasks in a new emotionally strengthened way. Every experience you have within your life is spiritually bound to your emotions and your emotional body. As often as you are confronted with a similar situation, these situations will quite often resemble the previous experiences because you are storing the old emotions within your spiritual body. This can often lead to disturbing consequences as your emotions determine your way of dealing with them. Emotions additionally limit your personal progression because they hinder your ability to broaden your perspective and to gather new, positive experiences. Having lived through emotions, one can start working with them, using the respective symbol within the Cabbalistic Emotion-Yoga System. By using these symbols you will bring your energies into complete unison with your higher self where you will receive the knowledge that will teach you how to confront all future situations.
