Back Care has been created to bring an easy to use system of Energy Healing that when activated will Sooth and Comfort your Back Care needs. Your Back Care Team of Spiritual Helpers will bring forth a Healing of Love, Light and Life for immediate Energetic Assistance. After your Attunement, you can activate the energies anytime and anywhere by simply stating your Intention for the Energies to flow. Back Pain can occur for many different reasons and any type of Pain or Discomfort within the Back or Spine can be lessened with the energies of Back Care!

Quite often, the Emotional Wounds, Worries, Fears and Repetitive Strains are held within the Back. If you constantly tighten your Back Muscles or twist awkwardly you will put a great deal of Stress and Strain on the Muscles within your Back. I know myself from working at the Computer all day that by the end of the day my Shoulders and Upper Back are in agony from sitting in the same position for hours. I have also found that when I am Stressed, my Shoulders will work their way up towards my Ears resulting in a constant feeling of Tension around this area. Using the Energies of Back Care hasn’t brought about a Miracle Cure BUT it has helped to ease the Muscle Pain and reminds me to stay focused on where my Shoulders are so when they start to creep up towards my ears, I can bring them back down again.
